The shelled walnuts of Il Noceto are produced according to strict protocols that guarantee their extraordinary quality, in all production processes: from the cultivation phase to the subsequent phases of harvesting, removal of the walnut skin, drying, selection, and packaging.

The organoleptic characteristics of our product are also maintained for the shelled walnuts, high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, low content of tannins, and high content of polyphenols which make them tasty and sweet. The extremely hard and cohesive shell makes it difficult to extract and therefore the resulting product has a high yield in quarters or less.
